Vibroacoustic Conscious connected breathwork
This session combines conscious connected breathwork with subtle vibroacoustic support.
You’ll be guided into a continuous breathing rhythm, where the inhale and exhale are connected without pauses. This style of breathing increases oxygen flow and gradually shifts the nervous system, often leading to a state of deep relaxation, clarity, or emotional release.
The session begins with a short explanation and a gentle arrival into the body. Once the breathing starts, you’ll lie down and follow a steady rhythm, supported by guidance throughout the process.
At certain moments, a tuning fork is introduced as a light vibroacoustic element. Its vibration is applied briefly to the body or held nearby, adding a subtle physical sensation that can help deepen awareness and bring attention back into the body.
You might experience tingling, warmth, emotional waves, or a quiet, meditative state. Every experience is different, and you’re always in control of your intensity.
The session closes with time to rest and integrate, allowing the body and mind to settle.
