Mystic Chakra Dance
Mystic Chakra Dance is a 90-minute immersive journey through the chakras and musical keys, a sacred blend discovered and woven through sound, movement, and intention. Each energy center is gently awakened through its elemental soundscape, expressed in evolving musical frequencies tuned to 432 Hz, inviting the body into natural harmony and resonance. Guided by rhythm and vibration, participants are taken on a journey from the grounding pulse of the root chakra to the expansive resonance of the crown. Each stage unfolds as a living soundscape, activating the essence of each chakra through music and movement. The journey then softly descends back to the base, allowing the body to integrate, embody, and anchor the experience, leaving participants centered, aligned, and deeply connected.
