We’lll surrender to the sounds of high-vibrational instruments I’ve been carefully collecting from around the world: Tibetan bowls, Ukrainian rainsticks, a shamanic drum, Balinese thunder, Indian bells, dīva, a tongue drum, and the voice of the heart. As always — going into the deepest layers through lightness and acceptance, by observing the vibrations in your body — reaching a clearer and more harmonious state.
