It is my honor to hold space for you as you dive deeper in your subconscious, coming out with pearls picked from your ocean’s floor. I was first introduced to the power of the breath in 2012 and since then I have been learning and experimenting, since 2021 I have been offering sessions and nothing brings me more joy then seeing people come out of the session and realizing how the most powerful tool to navigate life with ease is literally just under their nose.

Breathwork journey
The breath, the emotions, the thoughts and the energy are all connected, it is enough to alter one for All to change accordingly, breath-work is about learning and practicing, to free our breath, we do so by first observing the breath, where is it constricted, how is it flowing, and then working with intentional, powerful and connected inhales and exhales to free it.
Breath-work has a lot of benefits, other then strengthening the diaphragm and massaging the internal organs as we breathe it also gives us possibly access to an altered state of consciousness that help us release pent-up emotions as well as access to long forgotten memories that need to be integrated.
Breath-work is for you if CHANGE is a big theme in your life at the moment, it is also for you if you’re seeking to breathe more freely, if emotional well-being is something you work on, it is definitely for you
